Adrian Carboni
Founding Director
Since starting in the SAP and IT staffing sector in 1998, Adrian has established himself as a trusted recruitment partner and advisor to hundreds of SME and global organisations. He has an extensive track record for developing high growth sales teams and businesses, having played an integral part in the growth and success of what was known as the largest dedicated SAP staffing business in Europe (RED), and navigated two successful MBO’s.
Adrian has the focus and passion for building Masentó Group into one of Europe’s leading technology staffing partners, by building great teams, close relationships and delivering results-driven customer and business solutions.

Brendan Hession
Director
Brendan has spent the past 16 years in the SAP eco-system, operating as a Trusted Staffing Partner, forging relationships with the ‘Big 4’ and leading management consultancies in Europe and worldwide. He is an expert in mobilising teams to support major consulting clients in pre-sales, RFP’s and tendered multiple joint proposals, through to successfully delivering experts to many of Europe’s largest SAP transformation programs. Brendan has a deep working knowledge of both the consulting model and the SAP lifecycle, as well as having an unrivalled SAP consultant network.
Greatest achievement – Three children, two London Marathons and one wife.

Mark Hodges
Founding Director
With over 17 years experience building two market leading, specialist IT recruitment companies. During my career I have been instrumental in growing and developing RED, Europe’s largest SAP staffing agency and Co-Founding the Masentó Group a leader in SAP, D&AI and IT Executive Search. I have developed and Lead multiple sales and operations teams, as Masentó group continues a rapid growth trajectory I am utilising my commercial and operations expertise to craft the organisation and develop the strategy and structure to achieve the full potential of the business.

Richard Blackburn
Director
With over 25 years experience building specialist recruitment companies, notably founding RED SAP solutions in 2000 followed by building a global Executive search firm. During his career Richard has set up offices across the UK, Germany (Speaking fluent German!) and the US. As a partner in Masentó Group and Co-Founder of Masentó Search Richard is responsible for all permanent recruitment. Richard personally manages strategic accounts with his teams delivering Leadership & Executive searches.
