Position Overview: We are seeking a visionary and strategic AI Strategy Director to lead and expand our client's AI practice. This role involves developing and implementing AI strategies that drive business value and innovation across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies and a proven track record of leading successful AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with the firm's overall business objectives and drives innovation.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business challenges and providing AI-driven solutions.
• Project Oversight: Oversee the delivery of complex AI projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are completed on time and within budget.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of AI specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader in the AI space, contributing to industry publications, speaking at conferences, and representing the firm in various forums.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to drive growth and expand the AI practice.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in AI strategy and implementation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise: Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision, and their application in business contexts.
• Education: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Skills: Proven ability to lead large-scale AI projects, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset.
• Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Certified AI Professional) are a plus.
