Business Process Owner – SCM Execution

Overview:

Masentó are partnering with a 48bn EUR turnover enterprise to help them execute their strategic plan in launching the Business & Digital Transformation program at a European level, based on S4/HANA.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be promoted into a Supply Chain Director at the end of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the maturity of Supply Chain Execution processes and implement tailored solutions for each geographic area, aligned with the new S4/HANA ERP system.
  • Identify areas for process enhancement and share findings to drive continuous improvement. Promote best practices to ensure smooth and effective operations.
  • Work closely with project teams to facilitate successful configuration and implementation.
  • Translate business requirements into S4/HANA functionalities to meet future needs.
  • Provide training to end-users on the new integration between the SC Execution Solution and S4/HANA.
  • Create and maintain detailed process documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business process design, improvement, and management.
  • Expertise in Supply Chain Execution (including Warehousing, Transportation, Inventory Management) and project management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in French & English is mandatory.
