Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Partner in Cyber Security to lead and expand our client's cyber security practice within the financial services sector. This role involves developing and implementing advanced security strategies to safeguard financial institutions against cyber threats, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and enhancing overall security posture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive cyber security strategy tailored to the financial services sector, addressing current and emerging threats.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key financial services clients, understanding their unique security challenges and providing tailored solutions.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the delivery of complex cyber security projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are completed on time and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of cyber security professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader in the cyber security space, contributing to industry publications, speaking at conferences, and representing the firm in various forums.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial services sector, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to drive growth and expand the practice.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in cyber security consulting, with at least 7 years in a leadership role within the financial services sector.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of cyber security threats, technologies, and regulatory requirements specific to financial institutions.
- Education: Advanced degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Skills: Proven ability to lead large-scale projects, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset.
- Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are a plus.
