We are seeking a visionary and strategic Data and AI Partner to lead and expand our client's data and AI practice. This role involves developing and implementing data-driven strategies that drive business value and innovation across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data and AI technologies and a proven track record of leading successful initiatives.
Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive data and AI strategy that aligns with the firm's overall business objectives and drives innovation.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business challenges and providing data and AI-driven solutions.
Project Oversight: Oversee the delivery of complex data and AI projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are completed on time and within budget.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of data scientists and AI specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader in the data and AI space, contributing to industry publications, speaking at conferences, and representing the firm in various forums.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to drive growth and expand the data and AI practice.
Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in data and AI strategy and implementation, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
Expertise: Deep understanding of data management, analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies, and their application in business contexts.
Education: Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Skills: Proven ability to lead large-scale data and AI projects, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset.
Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Certified Data Professional, Certified AI Professional) are a plus.
