Job Title: Director - ServiceNow Leader
Location: Germany
Overview: As a Director at our boutique consultancy, you will play a key role in leading our ServiceNow practice. You will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, growth, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions to our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored strategies that maximize the value of their ServiceNow investments. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding the consultancy's direction and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Strategic Vision: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for the ServiceNow practice, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
Thought Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ServiceNow ecosystem, contributing to the growth and expansion of the consultancy. Drive business development efforts and represent the consultancy at industry events and conferences.
Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in ServiceNow, ensuring our consultancy remains at the forefront of service management solutions.
Project Oversight: Oversee the delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Address any issues that arise and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a consultancy or similar environment.
Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Business Management (ITBM), and other related solutions.
Demonstrated success in leading ServiceNow initiatives and driving business growth.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
A passion for technology and a deep understanding of the latest industry trends and advancements.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in business development and a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
Advanced degree in business, technology, or a related field.
