Job Title: Group Head of Sales – IT Consultancy (SAP & Digital Transformation)

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s vision, focusing on expanding our SAP and digital transformation offerings.
  • Lead and inspire a growing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including key verticals and international markets, to accelerate revenue growth.

Team Management & Development:

  • Recruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team across regions.
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs, regularly tracking performance and providing feedback to ensure team success.
  • Drive a results-oriented culture that encourages personal development and continuous learning.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with senior decision-makers at prospective and existing clients.
  • Work closely with the delivery and consulting teams to ensure a seamless handoff from sales to project execution.
  • Serve as the face of the company in high-stakes negotiations, key account management, and strategic partnerships.
  1. Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
  • Own the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts to the executive team.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify sales trends, market opportunities, and potential challenges.
  • Report regularly on sales performance and provide strategic recommendations for improvements.

Market Expansion & Brand Positioning:

  • Leverage your industry expertise and network to elevate the company’s presence in the SAP and digital transformation market.
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and lead generation efforts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client engagements to raise our profile as a thought leader.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience:
  • Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within an IT consultancy or professional services firm focused on SAP, digital transformation, or similar enterprise solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem, digital transformation technologies, and the unique needs of clients undergoing large-scale IT and business transformations.
  • Experience building and scaling a sales function in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Leadership Skills:
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire, lead, and motivate a diverse sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
