Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Insurance Tech Consulting with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI), cloud technologies, and platforms to lead and expand our client's insurance technology practice. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation and leveraging these technologies to enhance business processes, customer experiences, and operational efficiencies within the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the insurance tech consulting practice, with a particular emphasis on AI, cloud solutions, and platform technologies.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business challenges and providing innovative solutions leveraging AI, cloud, and platforms.
- Project Management: Oversee the delivery of complex consulting projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader in the insurance tech space, contributing to industry publications, speaking at conferences, and representing the firm in various forums.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to drive growth.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance technology consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of the insurance industry and its technological landscape, with a strong focus on AI, cloud technologies, and digital platforms.
- Education: Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Skills: Proven ability to lead large-scale projects, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset.
- Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus.
