Role description

This position is a unique opportunity to join Masentó Search the Executive and Leadership division of Masentó Group. We are looking for

an articulate, detailed, thorough, driven and well organised individual. The role will be working closely with the Director/Founder of Masentó Search. Delivering to the senior positions we have with existing and new clients. This role will involve being able to understand and interpret a job specification, then present the merits of the opportunity to potential candidates whilst qualifying their technical and cultural fit for the role. The successful candidate will be naturally inquisitive and have excellent research skills with the ability to resource several roles simultaneously using various methods including our CRM system and Linkedin. You must be confident to engage with senior candidates on a multitude of topics and display commercial business acumen.

Required experience:

• Understand how to effectively map a market
• Previous recruitment experience (permanent or Contract)
• Articulate and able to communicate and question clearly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Keen to learn and retain information
• Well organised and thorough approach
• Ability to operate at a senior level and influence key stakeholders
• The desire to be a content expert within technology leadership

The career progression for this individual can be one of several routes in Search or across the Group. You will join as a Delivery Consultant and can progress to different levels up to Principal Delivery Expert. You can progress into a direct Sales position or Account Management, or lastly a move in to one of the other focused Divisions such as SAP or D&A.
