Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic MLOps Senior Manager to lead and expand our client's MLOps practice. This role involves developing and implementing MLOps strategies that ensure the seamless deployment, monitoring, and scaling of machine learning models. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of MLOps principles and a proven track record of leading successful initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive MLOps strategy that aligns with the firm's overall business objectives and drives innovation.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their machine learning operational challenges and providing tailored MLOps solutions.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the delivery of complex MLOps projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are completed on time and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of MLOps engineers and specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader in the MLOps space, contributing to industry publications, speaking at conferences, and representing the firm in various forums.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to drive growth and expand the MLOps practice.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in machine learning operations (MLOps), with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of MLOps principles, including model deployment, monitoring, and scaling, as well as familiarity with relevant tools and technologies.
- Education: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Skills: Proven ability to lead large-scale MLOps projects, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset.
- Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Certified MLOps Professional) are a plus.
