The Team

The newly established Microsoft Dynamics Practice is dedicated to helping global enterprises drive business transformation through Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. Covering strategy, implementation, and innovation, the practice enables clients to enhance operational efficiencies, streamline finance and supply chain functions, and optimize customer engagement through cutting-edge cloud capabilities.

By working on strategic initiatives, team members collaborate in a diverse and high-performing environment where their expertise and ideas contribute to breakthrough results.

This is an EMEA team and my client is hiring in the following locations:
UK, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, France.

The Role

The company is seeking experienced professionals to drive the success of its Microsoft Dynamics Practice, with a focus on both sales and delivery of Dynamics 365 programs for key clients. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in some or all of the following areas:

  • Engaging with senior stakeholders to shape and sell Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that address complex business challenges.
  • Leading the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, managing programs or workstreams within large-scale digital transformation projects.
  • Identifying business expansion opportunities within existing engagements to drive continued growth.
  • Developing proposals that highlight the firm’s value proposition, key differentiators, and competitive strengths.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on Microsoft Dynamics solutions across various industries.
  • Ensuring seamless solution delivery while proactively managing business risks and aligning services with client needs.
  • Managing and mentoring teams of consultants in direct and matrixed structures, fostering collaboration and skill development.
  • Strengthening client relationships and positioning the firm as a strategic partner for long-term success.
  • Taking accountability for consulting revenues and operational margins within assigned accounts.
  • Supporting the professional growth of team members through coaching, performance development, and career mentoring.


Requirements

Candidates should demonstrate expertise in several of the following areas:

  • Strong commercial acumen, sales capability, and negotiation skills.
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Engagement, or related modules.
  • Proven success in selling and delivering consulting and technology services within large corporate environments.
  • Well-established networks, industry engagement, and thought leadership contributions.
  • Ability to engage senior leaders, build credibility, and foster trust.
  • Strong program and delivery management experience.
  • Adaptability in dynamic and evolving business landscapes.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset and a leadership style that inspires teams and clients.
  • Passion for digital transformation, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
  • Commitment to professional growth and brand advocacy.
