The Team

The ERP practice within the firm supports some of the world’s most prominent companies in achieving business transformation through digital ERP solutions and services. Covering strategy, implementation, and innovation, the team helps clients optimize Finance and Accounting operations, leveraging Oracle Cloud capabilities to enhance decision-making, improve operational efficiencies, and elevate the role of Finance within enterprises.

With exposure to high-impact strategic projects, team members collaborate in a multicultural environment and have opportunities to contribute innovative ideas that drive tangible results.

The Role

The company is seeking experienced consulting professionals to serve as account anchors, responsible for both sales and delivery of Oracle ERP programs for key clients. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in some or all of the following areas:

  • Engaging with senior stakeholders to shape and sell Oracle ERP solutions that address business challenges.
  • Leading the delivery of Oracle ERP solutions, managing programs or workstreams within large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Identifying business expansion opportunities within existing engagements to drive continued growth.
  • Developing proposals that emphasize the company’s value proposition, differentiators, and strategic approach.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on Oracle Applications within relevant industries.
  • Ensuring the consistent delivery of services, evaluating business risks, and integrating them into client solutions.
  • Managing teams of consultants in both direct and matrixed structures, providing mentorship and leadership.
  • Strengthening client relationships and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Taking accountability for consulting revenues and operational margins within assigned accounts.
  • Supporting professional growth and development of team members through coaching and mentorship.


Requirements

Candidates should demonstrate expertise in several of the following areas:

  • Strong commercial acumen, sales capability, and negotiation skills.
  • Extensive program and delivery management experience.
  • Established industry networks, conference participation, and thought leadership contributions.
  • Ability to engage senior leaders, build credibility, and foster trust.
  • Proven success in selling and delivering consulting and technology services within large corporate environments.
  • Adaptability in dynamic and evolving business landscapes.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Applications and the ability to align them with business objectives.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
