Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Payments and Digital Euro to lead and expand our client's practice in this rapidly evolving area. This role involves leveraging emerging technologies such as cloud and AI to drive innovation and efficiency in payments and digital currency solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the payments landscape and a proven track record of leading successful transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the payments and digital euro practice, incorporating emerging technologies like cloud and AI to enhance client offerings.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their payments and digital currency challenges and providing innovative, tailored solutions.
- Project Management: Oversee the delivery of complex projects related to payments and digital euro, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader in the payments and digital currency space, contributing to industry publications, speaking at conferences, and representing the firm in various forums.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to drive growth and expand the practice.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in payments consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of the payments industry, digital currencies, and the application of emerging technologies such as cloud and AI.
- Education: Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Skills: Proven ability to lead large-scale projects, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset.
- Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, CTP) are a plus.
