About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Partner to join our esteemed client, a leading Big 4 consultancy, in their German Public Health practice. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and expand a high-impact team, driving transformative public health initiatives across Germany, with a particular focus on public health insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance public health services, with a strong emphasis on public health insurance, ensuring alignment with both client and organizational goals.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the public health sector, including government agencies, healthcare providers, and non-profit organizations.
- Team Development: Attract, mentor, and retain top talent within the public health domain. Leverage your existing network to bring key team members on board, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your deep industry knowledge and connections to drive growth and innovation, particularly in the area of public health insurance.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the firm at industry conferences, seminars, and forums, positioning the consultancy as a leader in public health and public health insurance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Extensive experience in public health, with a proven track record of leadership in a consultancy or similar environment. Specific experience in public health insurance is highly desirable.
- Network: Strong professional network within the German public health sector, with the ability to bring key team members along.
- Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, client management, and team leadership skills.
