Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic SAP Analytics Director to lead and expand our client's SAP analytics practice. This role involves developing and implementing advanced analytics strategies using SAP technologies to drive business value and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP analytics solutions and a proven track record of leading successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the SAP analytics practice, aligning with the firm's overall business objectives and driving innovation.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their analytics challenges and providing tailored SAP solutions.
• Project Oversight: Oversee the delivery of complex SAP analytics projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are completed on time and within budget.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of SAP analytics professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader in the SAP analytics space, contributing to industry publications, speaking at conferences, and representing the firm in various forums.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to drive growth and expand the practice.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP analytics consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP analytics solutions, including SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and their application in business contexts.
• Education: Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Skills: Proven ability to lead large-scale projects, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset.
• Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus.
