SAP Cutover Manager (S/4HANA)
Project: S/4HANA Transformation for an Automotive Client
Start: January 2025 Duration: 10 Months Work Mode: Primarily Remote
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the cutover strategy for the S/4HANA migration
- Coordinate interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely preparation for the cutover
- Create detailed cutover plans, timelines, and checklists
- Lead go-live activities, including risk management and issue resolution during the cutover phase
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including executives and technical teams
- Monitor system tests, data migration, and environment preparation
- Ensure minimal business disruption during the transition
Your Profile:
- Experience as a Cutover Manager in large ERP migration projects, particularly S/4HANA
- Strong project management skills with expertise in cutover planning and execution
- In-depth knowledge of SAP systems, especially S/4HANA
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage and minimise cutover risks and ensure readiness
- Fluent in English; German an advantage
