We are currently seeking a Senior Manager specializing in SAP Finance and Central Finance (CFIN) to join our team in France. If you are a seasoned professional with a consulting background, possess the right to work in the EU, and are fluent in French, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP Finance and CFIN implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients, leveraging expertise in SAP Finance solutions to optimize financial processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet complex business requirements.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on SAP innovations and trends to drive continuous improvement in our service offerings.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of consulting experience with a focus on SAP Finance and CFIN.
- Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and how they integrate with SAP solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
- Fluency in French and a French or EU passport (mandatory).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a client-centric mindset.
