Senior SAP Finance Transformation Director
Location: United States, West Coast | Full-time | Hybrid (Remote & On-site)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Finance & Controlling (FI/CO) professional to join our growing team in a senior advisory capacity. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with deep expertise in SAP to lead complex digital transformations, guide CFOs and senior stakeholders, and deliver high-impact SAP S/4HANA programs. In this role, you will have the chance to shape strategic finance transformation journeys for Life Sciences clients and contribute significantly to the ongoing growth and success of our consulting practice.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant or Director, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the advisory and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling solutions for complex global clients.

• Serving as a trusted advisor to CFOs, finance leadership, and senior stakeholders within the business.

• Overseeing pre-sales efforts, including proposal development, RFP responses, and designing customized solutions tailored to client needs.

• Leading large-scale SAP programs with a focus on best practices for Finance and Controlling, ensuring effective project delivery.

• Providing oversight during project delivery, ensuring that business objectives align with system design.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Project Systems, to design integrated solutions.

• Contributing to knowledge-sharing forums and communities within the organization, helping to foster innovation and support the growth of junior consultants.

• Working in an agile, empowering environment where your expertise helps shape both client outcomes and the internal direction of the firm.

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a seasoned SAP Finance expert with strong consulting experience and technical expertise, including:

• Extensive experience in leading SAP FI/CO engagements, especially within S/4HANA environments, from strategy through execution.

• A proven track record of working with CFOs, Finance Directors, and senior leadership teams to shape and deliver complex projects.

• Expertise in pre-sales activities, including proposal creation, solution design, and client presentations.

• Deep knowledge of core SAP FI and CO processes (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, and Margin Analysis), and experience with integration into Project Systems and other business functions.

• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and align SAP solutions with business strategy and target operating models.

• A background in a leading management consulting firm, major systems integrator, or niche SAP consultancy, with preference for experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or process manufacturing industries.

• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a bonus.
