SAP HCM/HR Expert – German Payroll | Hybrid (Frankfurt) | Competitive Salary
Are you an experienced SAP HCM/HR professional with expertise in German Payroll? We are looking for a skilled specialist to join our team in Frankfurt on a hybrid basis (1-2 days onsite, 3-4 days remote).
Your Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM/HR with a focus on German Payroll
- Fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English
- Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll regulations, and compliance in Germany
- Experience with SAP PY, PA, OM, Time Management (TM) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a hybrid setting
Your Responsibilities:
- Implementation, customization, and support of SAP HCM/HR solutions
- Managing and optimizing German Payroll processes
- Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to improve HR workflows
- Troubleshooting issues and ensuring compliance with German labor laws
- Supporting system upgrades and enhancements
