The Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary SAP Practice Leader to drive growth, innovation, and excellence in our SAP consulting division. This is a leadership role responsible for shaping our SAP strategy, advising clients on complex transformations, and leading a diverse team of experts to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the SAP consulting practice, defining strategy and go-to-market initiatives.

• Drive end-to-end SAP transformation projects for global and local clients.

• Provide strategic advisory on SAP S/4HANA, cloud solutions, and emerging technologies.

• Build and mentor a high-performing, diverse team of SAP professionals.

• Foster a culture of inclusion, learning, and collaboration within the practice.

• Engage with clients as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored solutions and best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP solutions with broader business objectives.

Your Profile

• Experience: 10+ years in SAP consulting, with a focus on digital transformation and enterprise solutions.

• Leadership: Proven experience leading SAP teams, driving practice growth, and mentoring talent.

• Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, cloud technologies, and industry best practices.

• Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
