Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy: Shape and lead the SAP consulting practice, driving growth across a range of industries. Define and implement innovative strategies to meet evolving client needs.
• Client Engagement: Build and nurture deep relationships with C-suite executives and senior management, providing tailored SAP solutions that address complex business challenges.
• Team Development: Champion a collaborative and inclusive culture within the team, fostering mentorship and development opportunities for emerging talent. Be a role model for women in leadership.
• Business Development: Lead the expansion of our SAP portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, and leading negotiations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other practice areas and global teams to deliver comprehensive, integrated solutions to clients.
• Diversity & Inclusion Advocacy: Be an active advocate for diversity and inclusion both within the firm and externally, driving initiatives that encourage greater representation and leadership opportunities for women.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven SAP Expertise: 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP consulting, with a track record of leading large-scale SAP implementations and transformation projects.
• Leadership Experience: Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion for mentorship and empowerment. Experience in building high-performing, diverse teams is essential.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to think critically and strategically about the future of SAP solutions, industry trends, and evolving client needs.
• Client Relationship Management: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
• Business Development Prowess: Proven ability to develop new business opportunities, drive growth, and successfully close deals.
• Global Perspective: Comfort working in a global, multicultural environment and managing cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
