SAP Project Manager - UK

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Project Manager to lead our diverse portfolio of projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for SAP implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to achieve project goals.
• Manage project resources, including internal team members, external consultants, and third-party vendors.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address project issues and challenges.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and methodologies.
• Mentor and coach junior team members to foster their professional development and growth.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in SAP technology and project management.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successfully managing SAP implementation projects, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP CRM, SAP SCM, etc.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving priorities.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is desirable.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
