Senior Manager – SAP IBP/Kinaxis/SCM Planning Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager with expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Kinaxis, and other supply chain planning technologies to lead transformative projects for our clients in diverse industries.

Role Overview
As a Senior Manager, you will spearhead the design, delivery, and implementation of cutting-edge SCM planning solutions. You will manage cross-functional teams, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the practice by leveraging your deep expertise in SAP IBP, Kinaxis, and other leading supply chain platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement:

  • Act as the primary client interface for SCM planning projects, understanding client requirements and providing expert guidance on technology and process improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and project success.

• Project Leadership:

  • Lead the delivery of end-to-end supply chain planning solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with client expectations.

• Solution Design & Implementation:

  • Design robust and scalable SCM planning solutions using SAP IBP, Kinaxis, or similar platforms to address complex business challenges.
  • Configure planning systems to support demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP processes.

• Practice Development:

  • Contribute to the development of the SCM planning practice by mentoring junior team members, developing methodologies, and sharing industry insights.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and support business development efforts through thought leadership and proposals.

• Innovation:

  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in supply chain management, leveraging insights to drive innovation in client solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning with hands-on expertise in SAP IBP, Kinaxis RapidResponse, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including demand planning, supply planning, production planning, inventory management, and S&OP.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex SCM projects in a consulting or industry setting.
• Experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams and leading client engagements at a senior level.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Certifications in SAP IBP, Kinaxis, or other relevant platforms are highly desirable.
