Senior Azure Cloud Architect Consultant, Germany, Remote
Our client is a boutique consulting business going through an exciting growth stage. We are looking for a talented Senior (Azure) Cloud Architect to join a high-performing team, working on Architecture Solutions, Pre-Sales initiatives and project delivery.
Role Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement tailored Azure cloud architectures to meet complex business needs.
- Guide clients through cloud adoption processes and define strategic roadmaps for Azure-based systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions for enterprise-level organisations.
- Provide expert advice on Azure infrastructure optimisation, cost management, and performance enhancement.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment between technical requirements and business strategies.
Key Skills Required:
- 3-5+ years of experience in a Cloud Architect Consulting role, working with industry clients to gather requirements
- Extensive expertise in Azure cloud services, including architecture, design, and deployment.
- Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Bicep.
- Experience with Azure-specific tools such as Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure Active Directory.
- Knowledge of containerisation and orchestration tools, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Relevant certifications in Azure technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
- Familiarity with hybrid-cloud environments and cloud migration strategies.
- Business-fluent German language is required
