Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager with a specialization in AI & Advanced Analytics to join the team in Switzerland. As a Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in driving clients' digital transformation by harnessing the power of AI and advanced analytics technologies.
You will be responsible for advising and implementing AI & Advanced Analytics strategies, leading projects, and providing thought leadership to both clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. AI & Advanced Analytics Strategy:
• Develop and implement AI & Advanced Analytics strategies to drive business growth and innovation for clients.
• Analyze client needs and identify opportunities where AI and advanced analytics can create significant value.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and advanced analytics and identify emerging trends relevant to clients' industries.
2. Project Leadership:
• Lead end-to-end AI & Advanced Analytics projects, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes, including data scientists, engineers, designers, and business consultants.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members working on AI & Advanced Analytics projects.
3. Client Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on AI & Advanced Analytics within Switzerland and the wider DACH region.
• Conduct client workshops and presentations to articulate the benefits and potential use cases of AI & Advanced Analytics in their specific context.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development efforts by leveraging your expertise in AI & Advanced Analytics.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (6+ years) in designing and implementing AI & Advanced Analytics solutions, preferably in a consulting or strategic advisory role.
• Strong understanding of state-of-the-art AI techniques, such as machine learning, deep learning, and advanced analytics.
• Proficient in programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python and TensorFlow.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects, delivering high-quality results within agreed-upon timelines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
•Proven track record of thought leadership in the field of AI & Advanced Analytics, evidenced by publications, patents, or public speaking engagements.
