Masentó have been engaged by our client, a quickly growing management consultancy, to help identify candidates for an exciting, practice building opportunity for a Senior Principle consultant who has deep expertise in Oracle.

The Team

The ERP practice assists some of the largest global firms and most recognisable brands in delivering value and business transformation enabled by digital ERP solutions and services. The ERP services cover strategy, implementation, and innovation to help clients achieve their transformation agenda and deliver true value.

This team helps globally renowned clients improve their Finance and Accounting operations by devising strategies and enabling Oracle Cloud capabilities that support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve operational efficiencies, and transform the role of Finance within the enterprise. Team members gain exposure to strategic projects, participate in a multicultural collaborative environment, and see their ideas transform into breakthrough results.


The Role

The company is looking for a Senior Principle responsible for the sale and delivery of Oracle ERP programs at key clients. Candidates should have proven experience and capability in some of these areas:

  • Shaping and selling Oracle ERP solutions by engaging with senior stakeholders to address their business challenges in the relevant market segment.
  • Overseeing delivery of Oracle ERP solutions in a program and/or workstream management capacity on large-scale transformation programs.
  • Identifying new and expansion business opportunities on these programs to ensure the company is positioned to provide additional high-quality services.
  • Managing proactive proposal development, focusing on the company’s value proposition, key differentiators, and win themes.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on Oracle Applications within relevant industries.
  • Ensuring consistent delivery of services, solutions, and products on time and within cost, and developing processes that account for business risks in client solutions and services.
  • Operating successfully within a service and/or consulting organisation, mentoring, and guiding teams of consultants in direct, indirect, and matrixed structures.
  • Coordinating relationship-building activities across teams on each client engagement to ensure they are well advised on important matters.
  • Taking accountability for consulting revenues and operating margins at the key accounts.
  • Providing stewardship to subordinate managers, guiding their professional growth and development through coaching, counseling, performance development, and mentoring.


Requirements

Candidates should demonstrate capability across many of the following areas:

  • Strong commercial acumen, sales capability, and negotiation skills.
  • Extensive program and delivery management skills.
  • Well-established networks, relationships, and involvement in relevant activities, industry conferences, forums, and thought leadership articles.
  • Ability to work at a senior level within complex organizations, building empathy, credibility, and trust with key customers.
  • Proven track record in selling and delivering consulting and technology services while achieving business objectives within large corporate environments.
  • Ability to excel in a changing and dynamic environment.
  • Recognised expertise in Oracle Applications, with the ability to align the functional area with business requirements to support the company vision.
  • Strong presentation skills, experienced and comfortable presenting to large groups and delivering inspiring and engaging presentations.
  • Intuitive ability to represent complex concepts in a clear, concise, and compelling way.
  • Collaborative team player, willing to lead by example and take a hands-on approach.
  • Inspiring leadership style with a proven ability to motivate internal teams and clients to push the boundaries of what is possible.
  • Passion for disruptive innovation and transformational ideas.
  • Mature interpersonal and influencing skills, especially at senior client levels.
  • Commitment to advancing the Infosys brand through personal and professional growth.
