Senior ServiceNow Consultant - Germany
Masentó are in a long-term partnership with one of our Consulting clients, who are looking to expand on their exciting ServiceNow capabilities. We are looking for talented Consultants who have expertise in ServiceNow solution design & implementation.
Role Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and configure ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other modules.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
- Develop workflows, integrations, and customizations using ServiceNow’s platform capabilities.
- Provide guidance on ServiceNow best practices and ensure compliance with technical standards.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure effective adoption of solutions.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications may substitute for a degree.
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations for large-scale enterprises.
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS, or similar.
- Solid knowledge of ITIL processes, frameworks & ServiceNow platform capabilities
