Masentó Group is working with a leading specialist Life Sciences enterprise software company to find a dynamic Sales Manager to lead strategic sales initiatives, define sales strategies, and execute impactful campaigns.Our client have developed a very smart solution that fills white space in ERP.

The founders a strong history in building very successful, large Software and Consulting businesses. This is a unique opportunity to join their fast-growing European business, they have a global footprint (9 global entities) with headquarters in Switzerland, the largest number of people are based in Germany.

If you possess a proven track record in Sales Management within the software product realm and a keen understanding of process industries like Agriculture, Food, and Chemicals, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Define diverse sales strategies for Tenthpin Solutions products, identifying optimal sales channels for each product.
  • Campaign Management: Devise and execute targeted sales campaigns, coordinating both internal and external activities.
  • Material Development: Create compelling sales materials and provide support in Request for Proposal (RfP) processes.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential customers, execute initial lead generation activities, including cold calls and emails if necessary.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team and marketing to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Industry Knowledge: Essential understanding of process industries (Agriculture, Food, Chemicals), with life science industry knowledge considered a strong advantage.
  • Sales Management Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Management within a software product company.
  • SAP Experience: Familiarity with SAP sales activities is advantageous.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
