Introduction

Masentó is vehemently opposed to the use of slavery in all forms; cruel, inhuman or degrading punishments; and any attempt to control or reduce freedom of thought, conscience and religion. As a business we ensure that all of our employees and contractors are entitled to their human rights as set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Our company will not enter into any business arrangement with any person, company or organisation, which fails to uphold the human rights of its workers or who breaches the human rights of those affected by the organisation’s activities, in compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

This statement is made pursuant to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that Masentó Ltd has taken and is continuing to take to ensure that modern slavery or human trafficking is not taking place within our business or supply chain.

Our commitments

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards modern slavery and human trafficking in any form.

Our code of conduct requires all employees, clients and partners to adhere to ethical practices and respect human rights.

We mandate our clients to comply with our standards on labor practices and human rights.

We are proud of our values and therefore we are fully committed to mitigating the risk of slavery and human trafficking within our business and our supply chain.

Human Rights and DE&I Prioritisation

We have prioritised Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I). This is reflected in our own business practices and our work with clients.

Our DE&I strategy focuses on:

  • Gender balance
  • Racial inclusion
  • LGBTQ+ inclusion
  • Disability inclusion

We aim to increase the diversity of talent pools, enable inclusive hiring practices and implement equity standards. By advancing our DE&I agenda, we are better equipped to partner with our clients to address their DE&I challenges and access wider talent pools.
